Children (Minors): Individuals who have not reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of the country where the app is accessed, typically individuals under the age of 18.
CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation): Any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children, including grooming, extortion, trafficking of children, or other forms of sexual violence or encouragement thereof against a child.
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any visual depiction (such as photos, videos, images, or computer-generated imagery) that involves the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
We comply with all relevant international, national, and regional laws and regulations related to child safety, child sexual abuse material, and online exploitation. If local laws require notification of specific authorities, we will follow those requirements. We also align our standards with industry best practices, including guidance from the Tech Coalition’s standards for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated tools and trained moderators to identify and remove prohibited content.
Team Training
Our staff involved in trust and safety undergo regular training to recognize, handle, and escalate cases involving CSAE/CSAM.
Prompt Removal
Whenever we have actual knowledge of CSAM within our app, we remove it without delay and take appropriate enforcement measures
Reporting to Authorities
Where required by law, we will report confirmed incidents of CSAE/CSAM to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
6. IN-APP FEEDBACK MECHANISM
We provide an accessible in-app reporting tool, enabling users to file reports about suspicious content or behavior without leaving the app. Within the app’s “Help” or “Settings” section, users can:
Use the “Report” button to submit a complaint regarding CSAE/CSAM-related content.
Specify a reason for the report, ensuring our moderation team can quickly assess the issue. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team as a priority. This mechanism helps ensure timely action on any potential CSAE/CSAM cases.
7. CHILD SAFETY CONTACT POINT
In accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy, we have designated a contact point for child safety inquiries and CSAE compliance issues. If you need to contact us regarding our child protection efforts or CSAE/CSAM handling procedures, please reach out to:
